Andrew Whiteman

Executive Chef

Whiteman brings an extensive independent fine dining experience to his role, with prior positions at restaurants like The Biltmore, Yesterday's and The Forge to his credit. Whiteman has also worked in large scale food and beverage operations and overseen meals for a demanding and discriminating clientele ranging from heads of state to celebrities. He draws some of his inspiration from Ming Tsai's fusion techniques and his favorite restaurants include Il Mulino and Prime 112.

James Donato

Executive Chef

Donato oversees menu planning, food sourcing and kitchen operations. A graduate of the Florida Culinary Institute, Donato has worked in a variety of hospitality settings that emphasize high quality and high volume, including hotels, country clubs and aviation catering businesses. His inspirations include Thomas Keller and Nobu and he brings that sensibility and philosophy to DeliverLean's menu every day - expanding the brand's culinary offerings while adhering to the brand's philosophy of quality ingredients, simple, clean preparation and calorie and portion control.
