Floridians can now learn how to prepare healthy and decadent meals Boca Raton, FL – December 4th, 2012: DeliverLean, a gourmet meal-delivery service based in Boca Raton, now offers a series of healthy cooking and un-cooking classes including an Easy Holiday Side Dish Class, Detox and Raw Food Class followed by a Simple & Healthy Valentine’s Day Dessert Demonstration. These informative classes are perfect for clients who want to learn how to stay healthy and satisfied during the holiday season.

Besides learning tips and tricks from the area’s top chefs, guests will enjoy wine, appetizers and will leave with a gift bag. Knowing the importance of two things: eating vegetables and knowing how to make a stellar casserole for the holidays, master chefs at DeliverLean are sharing their knowledge with South Floridians. For only $49 a class, guests can learn how to craft hearty, healthy eats at home.

The line up of classes includes:

  • Quick and easy holiday side dish creation class This 90-minute class covers how to prepare holiday treats and side dishes that are as delicious as they are healthy. This session is held on December 12, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • Raw food detox class This 90-minute class shows attendees how to live a raw-foodist lifestyle to detox the body and potentially improve wellness. This session will be held on January 10, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
  • Simple and healthy Valentine’s Day dessert class This 90-minute class discusses how to prepare desserts for you and that special someone, using all-natural, healthy ingredients. This session will be held on February 2, from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.
