How do I know what Meal Plan to go on?

We offer 5 different meal plans either 5, 6 or 7 days per week and 3, 4 or 5 meals per day. Each plan can be customized based on your needs. For that reason we recommend you call and discuss your history and needs with one of our Nutritional Concierges at 1-888-740-LEAN. Together you can determine the best plan for you.

What if I am allergic to a food item?

The eight most common food allergens are: milk, eggs, peanuts, tree nuts (almonds, cashews, walnuts, etc.), fish (like tilapia, cod, flounder, mahi mahi), shellfish (such as crab, lobster, shrimp), soy and wheat.

It is important to note that we prepare foods in our kitchens with these wholesome ingredients. While we make every effort and use best practices to avoid cross contamination, we cannot guarantee that there won't be any cross contamination with your DeliverLean meals.

Food allergy reactions can range from mild to severe. We urge you to use caution when ordering DeliverLean. If you have a food allergy, please let us know at the time of your first order.

Furthermore, if your allergy is moderate to severe we cannot recommend DeliverLean for you.

What if I have a food dislike?

Each account is allowed up to 3 food dislikes.

What is your minimum order requirement?

Our minimum plan is 3 meals per day, 5 days per week for 2 weeks.



What do I do if I do not receive my delivery?

There may be several reasons why you would not receive a delivery. Non-payment, a scheduled hold, our driver could not access your home or an unforeseen delivery delay due to an uncommon and unavoidable circumstance.

Please call the office (561) 807-6080 if you feel you have missed a delivery by error.

What do I do if my deliver is late?

Please send us an email to deliveries@deliverlean.com and our Logistics Manager, will contact you to discuss resolution.

What if my community changes their entry protocols?

Please send us an email to deliveries@deliverlean.com so that we can note your account.



What if I would like to change my meal quantities?

This is a common request. All changes need to be confirmed by email for accuracy. Please send an email to changes@deliverlean.com and we will post your change to take effect on the delivery AFTER your change request is submitted. You will receive a confirmation once the change has been made. Please remember to list account name (or names) in your email.

What if I received a food iteam that I do not want to get in the future?

Each account is allowed up to 3 dislikes. These can be changed at any time. Please email your dislike request to changes@deliverlean.com along with the account name (or names) and someone will confirm your request via email. Changes take effect in the delivery AFTER your change has been submitted.

What if I want to place my account on hold?

Please send an email to changes@deliverlean.com, listing the delivery days you would like to skip, the account name (or names) associated with the hold and someone will confirm your request via email. Holds must be provided 3 days in advance to avoid forfeit of meals.



How do I know when I am going to be billed?

When you sign up you will determine on which billing cycle you would like to be charged. We have a Bi-Weekly Option available (once every 2 weeks or 6 deliveries) and we have a Monthly Option available (once every 4 weeks or 12 deliveries.) Your accounts are charged based on your current order.

Your payment represents your "bank" and as you receive deliveries, your "bank" decreases accordingly. Once your credits run out, you will be due another payment based on the order that you currently have at the time of charge.

Billing is processed on a recurring basis. Unless you notify us in writing 3 days in advance, you will be billed based on your chosen billing option (see above). .

What are my payment options?

We require Credit Card (or Debit Card) payments for all accounts. We take Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. We do not take checks.

If you have a specific request for a cash payment, you will have to discuss and coordinate advanced payment with a Billing Representative or send an email to billing@deliverlean.com.



What do I do if I receive a meal that I shouldn't have received?

Send an email to customerservice@deliverlean.com and list your account name (or names) and describe the situation and a representative will contact you either by phone or email to rectify the situation.

How do I know what order to enjoy my meals in?

Breakfast, obviously is the meal to enjoy first. The others can be enjoyed in any order. What we do recommend is that you eat every 3-4 hours. The idea is to never feel too full or too hungry. This is what optimizes your metabolic rate which leads to burning fat.

How do I know what meals to expect?

Our talented chefs collaborate weekly with our nutritionists to come up with exciting menus. Each Sunday, you will be emailed the Full Standardized 6 day menu along with the Paleo menu. This menu is not based on individual profiles. If you have spam filters or other security filters, these may inhibit your ability to view the attachments so be sure to add us to your allowable lists.

How many days do my meals last?

Properly refrigerated meals last for 4 days, however since we do not use any preservatives, we recommend that you enjoy your meals within 3 days of delivery.

Are my meals ever frozen?

No, we prepare your meals fresh. Your meals are never frozen and we do not recommend freezing your meals.

Do you recycle meal containers?

We kindly ask our customers to participate in their home or business recycling programs. We are unable to accept used containers back into our facility due to sanitary reasons.

What do I do with the cooler insulated bags which contain my meals?

We do keep track of these bags for each account and ask you to be mindful of leaving the empty bag out the night before your next scheduled delivery. This will ensure that you do not incur any Bag Replacement Fees ($10 per bag).
