Get Results: Treat Your Fitness Like A Business

one-liners1

Treating your fitness like a business is a great way to ensure lasting results, here’s why:

The gym is a magical place.

(Kinda like a sweet spot between Disney and Chipotle.)

What makes the gym so magical?

It is a phenomenal place to build grit at your own pace.

Whether you’re trying to transform your physique permanently, build a million dollar business, or win over the partner of your dreams, building up your grit and resilience is absolutely crucial to your success.

I can tell you right now, a big reason why you’re unsatisfied with your results in the gym is because reaching your goals isn’t treated with a sense of urgency.

Here’s some perspective:

If your parents kicked you out and gave you no money, what would you do?

– You would hustle to find a job and a new place to live. The intensity of your efforts will increase tenfold because you have no safety net to fall back on.

If your business fails, what would you do?

– You’re the provider for your family. Every decision you now make in finding a way to provide for them will be treated with the utmost intensity because everything is on the line.

Why should our mindset in reaching our fitness goals be any different?

I guarantee if you adopt this mindset to your current level of fitness, it will light a fire under your butt to make the improvements you’ve been longing for.

If you don’t know what to do with diet and training, you’ll reach out to a trainer because you have the urgency to do so. Just like you would if your parents kicked you out, or finding a means to provide for your family, because it ain’t kicks and giggles anymore.

The way we nurture our business and watch it grow over the years is the same way we should treat our fitness.

I’m not saying you should train to become a massive bodybuilder, or become obsessive with your fitness regimen..

What I am saying is that you should take control of your fitness, just like you would for other things that would need your attention.

Taking the first step is the most important step to actualizing your goals and making it a reality.

Improving your fitness will amplify all other aspects of your life, such as:

  • Make your mind sharper
  • Give you more energy
  • Look better naked
  • Increase in self confidence
  • A million other indescribable feelings of well being.

These benefits will amplify and carry over into your business, your relationships, and personal life, leaving you in a much better place than when you started.

Treat your fitness like you would a business; become your best. Live better.
