NEW YEAR, NEW YOU CHALLENGE WEEK #2

Well, I’m back and I’ve made it through the first week of the Flywheel 4 Week NEW YEAR, NEW YOU Challenge! (For those of you who just tuned in, I’ve been eating mainly DeliverLean meals and doing Flywheel 4 times per week.) The most amazing thing I’ve noticed so far is the boost of energy I’ve been experiencing every day. You would think that I would be so TIRED! Flywheel is a CHALLENGE in and of itself. What an incredible workout. I made it to class 3 out of 4 times last week and have only been twice this week, so I have some catching up to do… BUT I did have a major accomplishment. I earned my highest score ever on the torq board and was super excited with that milestone! So far, I’m down 2 pounds and I’m very happy with my progress so far.

On the nutrition front, I’ve been mixing and matching between the Vegetarian and Paleo DeliverLean meal plans. Three meals per day has been perfect and sustainable for me, as long as I add 1-2 cold-pressed juices from OnJuice and sometimes a healthy snack or dessert to keep my sweet tooth at bay.

Let’s hope I can keep this up!
