Philippe Pinon Joins DeliverLean as Executive Chef and Chief Culinary Officer

Internationally trained Chef brings nearly 30 years of culinary experience

MIAMI (May 2, 2016) – DeliverLean, the number one rated, fastest growing healthy meal delivery company in South Florida announces the addition of Chef Philippe Pinon as Executive Chef and Chief Culinary Officer.

Chef Pinon has worked as a chef at top restaurants and hotels around the world, from France and Switzerland to New Orleans, New York and Palm Beach since 1993. His experience includes stretches at several five-star establishments as well as leadership roles in high-volume banquets and catering operations.  Prior to joining DeliverLean, Chef Pinon most recently served as Executive Chef and Food and Beverage Director at the Ritz Carlton Coconut Grove.

Born in the South of France, in the town of Argeles Sur Mer, Chef Pinon graduated from the Culinary School of Perpignan in 1987 with a degree in Culinary and Pastry Arts. He also received a Diet Certification in Geneva, Switzerland.  Chef Pinon also served in the military in the Persian Gulf on the flagship “La Marne.”

Chef Pinon is responsible for all culinary planning and direction for DeliverLean’s expanding menus, plans for individuals as well as their corporate wellness lunch programs. DeliverLean’s extensive menus change weekly, with over 100 different menu items each week. Customers have the flexibility to make selections from Classic, Paleo, Organic, Gluten Free, Vegetarian and Vegan options– with endless mix and match combinations for a uniquely customized approach. Chef Pinon has a specialty in Mediterranean and Provencal cuisines.  He will be bringing that flair to many of the specialty dishes inspired by different holidays and seasons throughout the year and developing menu items for the OnJuice Bar at Aventura Mall.
