I wanted to touch base tonight to tell you how enjoyable my children's first day went with DeliverLean...WONDERFUL!!! My three daughters ages 15, 12 & 9 love the food and the variety offered. They were excited to pick out their own lunch and dinner today and my 2 older daughters made the statement how they didn't feel hungry in 7th period and drained like they normally feel with the "junk food" they were use too eating in there school lunch. As a mother, my first impression and experience is so satisfying that I can now offer my children healthy "home cooked meals" that are nourishing, convenient, and affordable.

PS For my 9 year old, the lunch wraps will work better, cause she has no access to a microwave & please remind the delivery driver to ring the door bell...any time, I will bring the food in ASAP.

The food you created is truly delicious, and not typical "diet food" fare. The honey hoisin glazed meatballs, edamame hummus, turkey meatloaf, cashew crusted chicken, among others, stood out for their taste, texture and presentation. Your butternut squash and white bean soup is amazing, bar none. I do not like chili at all, but i enjoyed yours! I could not tell that these meals were supposed to be good for me, but, surprisingly, they were. I enjoyed eating all of these foods and i think you should open your own restaurant!

In the times and particularly the South Florida culture in which we live, I have developed a particular distaste for the degeneration of manners and general civility that is apparent across the board from retail environments to professional interactions and even in passing strangers. It is more though, perhaps even a general apathy or indifference by people today fostered by self-absorption, perhaps? I digress.

The reason I am writing is that as a professional approaching 40 who has become somewhat jaded with my perception of the pervasive lack of professionalism today, I am so uniquely satisfied with the superior care and service I have received by your organization - especially but not only by Monique Martin. Without going into exhaustive detail about the problems I have had with the last two deliveries, I want to say that it is a testament to the handling of these problems that I am and will continue to be a very satisfied client of yours for the indefinite future. As you know, errors will happen from time to time in any production organization from car manufacturing to financial services to your own organization (I am not suggesting these particular errors were yours). However, it is how the organization resolves those issues that is the true test of character. I wish you continued success.

I would be remiss if I did not also thank Larry and Aaron both of whom were friendly, patient, and professional.

On a side note, I began your program before it was in its current incarnation with John sometime in the beginning of June and I am happy to report that as of this past Sunday, thanks to your program and 4-5 days a week at the gym, I have lost 50 (FIFTY) pounds. My recent blood work at my local physician just last week showed a decrease in bad cholesterol of 50% - in a very healthy range now - and my blood pressure is entirely normalized.
